GENERAL
- All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The Trading Circle.
- The Trading Circle reserves the right to restrict sales quantities of the goods ordered through this site at its discretion.
- The Trading Circle will accept orders from within Australia only.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
- The Trading Circle will make every effort to dispatch the publications or products ordered through this website within 5 working days of receiving the order at The Trading Circle. However, under the circumstances described below, this may take longer:
- Where The Trading Circle has run out of stock and has notified the Purchaser of the delay in re-ordering stock.
- Where payment is made by credit card and The Trading Circle is experiencing delays in verifying credit card and cardholder details.
- Where payment is made by cheque and is subject to clearance by the issuing bank.
2.Where the goods ordered through this website are not in stock and The Trading Circle anticipates a delay in re-ordering stock, The Trading Circle will notify the purchaser as soon as possible of the delay and the estimated time when the order will be filled. The Trading Circle will give the purchaser the option of cancelling the order and will provide a refund of all monies paid, if the purchaser chooses to do so.
3.The Trading Circle will presume that anyone at the delivery address supplied on the order form who receives the goods is authorised to do so.
4.The Trading Circle will not take responsibility for wrong addresses supplied in the order form. If goods are refused or if there is no one at the address supplied by the purchaser, The Trading Circle reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-sending the goods.
5.Once the goods are delivered to the purchaser, the purchaser takes ownership of the goods and is responsible if they are lost or damaged. The Trading Circle will not replace the goods so damaged or lost.
PRICES
- All monetary values shown on this website are in Australian Dollars (orders from within Australia only are accepted). Prices quoted for goods and postage and handling charges include the Australian Federal Government’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. For each online order, the Purchaser must pay the applicable price confirmed by The Trading Circle and the delivery and handling fee shown on this website at that time.
- The Trading Circle reserves the right to vary prices in the event of a change in price or mistake in prices quoted on this website. If this occurs after an order is placed by the purchaser, reasonable notice will be provided to the purchaser along with the option to cancel the order.
PAYMENT
- Credit Cards - The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, BankCard.
- Cheques - The Trading Circle accepts company, bank or personal cheques. Cheque payments are subject to clearance which normally takes up to three business days. Please note that if paying by cheque, The Trading Circle will not dispatch goods until the cheque is cleared by the issuing bank.
- Accounts
- Accounts are available only on prior request.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Please choose your purchases carefully. The Trading Circle does not refund if you change your mind.
- However, if the goods delivered by us are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown to you, The Trading Circle will, at your choice, either refund your money (including postage and handling charges) or replace the goods.
- To claim a refund or replacement for faulty goods, you must return the faulty product to The Trading Circle along with proof of purchase. The Trading Circle will process your request within two working days of receipt of the faulty product and proof of purchase.

- This website and its contents including all downloadable PDF files are subject to copyright owned by The Trading Circle.
- You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use.
