Shipping & Delivery
1. Any 'free delivery' online offer is subject to change at any time without prior notice. This offer is available online only and valid for standard delivery within Australia. 2. We know you want your purchases as quickly as possible. We will despatch within two business days from your order date. 3. Below is a guide for delivery timelines for metropolitan areas. Rural areas require additional delivery time to these listed below. For delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD 2-4 business days For delivery to: SA, WA, NT, TAS 5-7 business days 4. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address. 5. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee, and any other freight fees charged by the carrier. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. 6. The Trading Circle only delivers to addresses within Australia. Please email us if you would like products sent overseas and we will be happy to discuss postage options with you. 7. Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable..

Returns & Replacements
1. We take pride in the care we take with packing all of our internet and phone orders though sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by the dispatch store within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Please call during business hours on 0427 792 121 to confirm our return details. 2. Your satisfaction is our main concern. Goods are able to be returned for an exchange, store credit or a credit on can be issued in the same form as the original payment. Goods must be returned to us in a new and unused condition (including original packaging) within 21 days of purchase. 3. Goods are accepted back for the following reasons: - Should it not fufill it's purpose, it was not as you were expecting, the colour received was not what you had ordered, the good is faulty in any way. For information regarding the return of goods purchased online please call during business hours on 0427 792 121 to confirm our return details. 4. Gift items returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase, excluding Christmas Gifts. 5. All Christmas gifts must be returned by the 25th January, ie 4 weeks after Christmas. You will be responsible for any freight costs incurred on change of mind exchanges.
1. At this point in time our website is set up to only ship to Australian addresses. However, if you would like something sent overseas we are happy to discuss the possibility of this. 2. Address Details - ensure that you have both your billing and delivery address details correct in your order, as well as a contact telephone number for yourself, and for the recipient of the parcel should it be destined for an address other than your own. 2. Receipt - once your credit card has been approved, a receipt page complete with an order number is presented as confirmation of your purchase. These details will also be sent in the form of a tax invoice/receipt by email. A packing slip which outlines your order will also be included when your parcel is delivered. .
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
1. Payment for online orders is by Credit Card only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. 2. All promotions available on the website are only while stocks last. 3. The Trading Circle reserves the right to amend a promotion should stock levels require it, or substitute a gift item to a similar item of similar value should the original offer no longer be available. 4. Pricing of products may and do change. If the price of a product has changed from the time of purchase to the time an item is being returned or exchanged, then it is the original purchase price that will be used as the correct price of the product..
Viewing Orders
1. Adding more products to your order, subtracting products from your order or even cancelling your order is okay provided that you let us know prior to it being shipped. If you'd like to make any changes to an existing order, please only call us, do not send an email. Please call during business hours on 0427 792 121 and we'll arrange it. Just keep in mind that, when adding products to your order, your order might take longer to process, and we might need to charge you extra postage.
Updating Account Information
